Officiating is something that takes time, patience, and a lot of practice to get right. Throughout the past 28 years, I have dedicated my life to becoming the best basketball official that I can be. I have to keep working on it year after year. You have to develop a passion for officiating. Not everyone can do this and do it well. Regardless of what level you are working, if you develop that passion, then follow it and do the things necessary to be the best you can be. That's where I can help.
